We provide veterinary care to pets in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. We provide not only routine pet care, but also in-depth diagnostic care and specialty surgeries.

What To Expect

Please contact our veterinary team if you have any questions or to schedule an appointment. You can also use our app, VitusVet, to schedule an appointment or request a medication refill.

We look forward to meeting you and your pets! Please fill out the New Client Form and Referral Agreement (if applicable) before arriving for your appointment to expedite the check-in process.

What To Expect

When you arrive at Creekside Veterinary Hospital, you can expect quality care for your pet.

When you arrive, you will be greeted warmly as one of our Client Care Specialists checks you in. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time. However, there might be the occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or a patient that needs a little extra time and attention. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.

Here’s what to expect during your visit:

  • Once checked in, one of our Veterinary Assistants will see you into the exam room and get a weight and temperature on your pet.
  • A veterinarian will then meet you, gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet, talk about any questions or concerns you may have and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.
  • We will bring your pet to our treatment area to perform any diagnostic tests (i.e blood work) and treatments that the veterinarian has recommended.
  • When the veterinary consultation is complete, you’ll go back to our front reception area where your billing and future appointment bookings will be handled.
  • Depending on the reason for your visit, you may expect a follow-up call from one of our registered veterinary technicians to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit. If you have any concerns, talk to the technician about them.
