Referral, appointment and cancellation policies.
Reminders
Please be advised of our new appointment cancellation/no-show policy, effective January 2022.
Established Clients
Any established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without 24-hour notice, twice within a 12-month period, will be required to leave a $75 deposit when scheduling additional appointments within that 12-month period. The $75 will be applied to the total balance if the appointment is kept but will be forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is not kept, or a cancellation/reschedule is not made within 24 hours.
Referral Clients
Any referral client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without 24-hour notice at any time will be required to leave a $100 deposit. The $100 will be applied to the total balance if the appointment is kept but will be forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is not kept or a cancellation/reschedules is not made within 24 hours.
Procedures
Any client whether established or referral, who fails to show or cancels/reschedules a procedure without 24-hour notice may be required to pre-pay the costs of the procedure in full prior to rescheduling. The money will be applied to the total balance if the appointment is kept but will be forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is not kept or a cancellation/reschedule is not made within 24 hours.
